mXion Reed Switch for G scale Locomotives

The reed contact board is used to automatically trigger sounds in sound decoders. Magnets in the tracks can be used to activate 2 different sounds. Its special shape means it fits universally in many different LGB drive blocks.

Important information on commissioning
• Install the electronics carefully according to the connection plans. If cables are mixed up or short-circuited during installation, this can lead to the destruction of the electronics.
• The glass tube contacts used are very fragile.

Be careful, there is a risk of injury if the reed contacts break! Make sure that there is sufficient mechanical protection when handling and installing. The contacts must be mechanically protected, especially if you install the contact openly underneath the locomotive rather than in the motor housing.
• The module may only be used for the functions stated in the instructions. Using it for any other purpose can lead to destruction.
• If the connection is incorrect, the warranty will be void.
