8. Our contract:
When you place an order to purchase a product from Amazing Little Trains Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We will aim to ship your items within 3 working days of your order. Please ensure to tell us if the order is required urgently.
9. Returns:
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is returned to us in the original condition and packaging within 28 calendar days from the date of receiving your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Pricing and availability:
All prices are displayed in £ Pounds Sterling.
Despite our best efforts, it’s always possible that a mistake slips through on a small number of the products we list, which of course can result in errors in price or availability. We will always verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a products price is found to be incorrect we will contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and the reason.
In the rare case a product is ordered and later found to be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and give you the option to cancel or change your order, or to wait for arrival of your original order item to come back into stock if this will be the case.
If you live in a country outside of the UK, please contact us for a shipping cost before ordering, a bespoke invoice can then be issued for payment.

Please remember when ordering goods from Amazing Little Trains Ltd. for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you opt to reject the order based on these charges after the item has been shipped, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
